We provide a complete range of diagnostic health care services for women of childbearing age. We manage complicated maternal and fetal medical conditions, multiple gestations, fetal diagnosis and genetic disorders.
All appointments must be scheduled and require a referral from your provider. All patients are seen on a scheduled appointment basis. When you make an appointment, please provide up to date contact information so that we may reach you. If necessary to reschedule, please call us prior to leaving for your appointment to determine any delays. We ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice when you need to cancel an appointment.
Our Policy on Children:
We strongly encourage you NOT to bring any children under the age of 12 with you during this potentially sensitive time. If you do bring them, you must have another responsible adult with you to watch over them in our waiting room as they are not allowed in the exam room. If you have any further questions about this, please contact us by phone.
For your convenience, we are pleased to be able to offer you on-site lab services. Our skillful phlebotomists are very familair with insurance coverages and will help to provide the best possible options for our patients.
Our office is open for appointments on Monday & Wednesday from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm, Tuesday and Thursday from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, and on Friday from 7:00 am to 3:00pm. Our telephone switch board closes Monday through Thursday at 4:00 pm and on Friday at 2:00 pm.
For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
Patients who are self-pay or are insured through a company with which we do not participate are required to pay in full at the time of service. All co-pays are also required at the time of service.Please feel free to contact our billing office for fee schedules, concerns, problems or difficulty with payment. We will do our best to come to mutually satisfactory payment plans that will allow us to provide uninterrupted medical care.
Your Medical Records:
We have a collaborative agreement with HealthPort to provide medical record copying for our patients with your signed request. There is a fee for this service, according to the volume of your records. Please allow at least two weeks for your request to be processed after we have received payment for this service.
Please call during regular office hours for all medical needs including appointments, rescheduling and lab results. For calls outside of usual business hours, we engcourage you to contact your primary obstetrician unless specifically directed to do otherwise by our office.
