Practice Manager and Site Coordinator
We have both a practice manager and an onsite coordinator available for practice issues or concerns, billing questions, customer service and general office operations.
Our genetic counselors use their Master’s level expertise in both medical genetics and counseling to give you the personalized help you need when it comes to you and your family’s genetic health. Our genetic counselors will assist you in understanding the available preconception and/or prenatal screening and diagnostic testing options; allowing you to make informed decisions regarding your reproductive health. Our certified diabetic educator is a registered nurse with experience caring for women with diabetes. She has a vast understanding of diabetes from preconception through the postpartum period. She is always available to assist our patients in achieving their glucose goals prior to pregnancy, during pregnancy and beyond.
Our registered nurses are experienced OB/GYN nurses specializing in antenatal testing, nursing assessment and interventions. They have a variety of functions in our office to include fetal nonstress testing, patient consults and referrals, triaging phone calls, giving injections and patient education.
Our sonographers are credentialed in OB/GYN through the ARDMS (American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers). They have also acquired special certification in evaluation of nuchal translucency and nasal bone through the Fetal Medicine Foundation. This certification is required to perform the first trimester screening. The sonographers also assist the physician in invasive procedures such as amniocentesis and CVS (Chorionic Villus Sampling).
Our certified medical assistants work closely with our providers and have experience in phlebotomy, patient assessment and intervention and assist with various procedures and testing.
Our office assistants are available to schedule your office visits, accept payments, send reports to your providers and answer basic questions regarding appointments and/or testing.
